Builders offer four store formats, each designed to address the unique needs our target customer groups. The format of store in each market is determined by the size of the market, availability of property, as well as the needs of our customers. Where possible our stores are staffed by members of the community we trade in.

Builders Express: Customer friendly neighbourhood stores, with a complete range of home improvement products for maintenance and repairs. Express stores are situated in neighbourhoods of major metropolitan areas and towns.

Builders Superstores: Community stores, with a full range of building materials to construct a starter home, catering for home owners and small to medium contractors. Superstores are situated in dense residential areas around commuter nodes in metropolitan areas.

Builders Trade Depot: Traditional building merchants, with a full range of construction materials, catering for small contractors, home builders and large construction companies. Trade Depot stores are situated in industrial areas and regional towns.

Builders Warehouse: Our flagship big box destination stores, with the widest range of home improvement products, catering for home owners and contractors. Warehouse stores are situated in shopping nodes within metropolitan areas & cities.
