We specialize in domestic and foreign Hardwood and Northeastern White Pine, in 4/4 to 16/4. We purchase millions of board feet annually, from sawmills located in the Midwest and the Northeast (as well as Canada, Africa, Central and South America on the import side.) Our Primary species include Ash, Basswood, Hickory, Hard and Soft Maple, Cherry, Poplar, Walnut, and Red and White Oak.

Our customers include some of the best known furniture, cabinet, and architectural millwork producers in the country, as well as woodworking divisions of local, state and federal agencies.

CUSTOM MOULDINGS
We pay attention you YOUR detail. It begins when you place you order. We will ask questions that help us determine the best way to run your profile. We care about how your moulding will be used, which surfaces are exposed and how your moulding will be finished. We'll ask you to approve a drawing of your profile, just to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. The lumber we use for your moulding will be hand selected, to insure the best quality, color and clarity. Finally, our experienced operators will continously inspect your moulding during production. This is what sets O'Shea apart from the rest!

Our state of the industry Weinig Powermat 1000 moulder, with spindle speeds of 12,000 RPM, produces a finish that requires little or no sanding.
